Shibuya Scramble Crossing Starbucks (Tsutaya Starbucks) in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan

Looking for that perfect spot overlooking the famed Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo, Japan? Head to the Starbucks located in the Tsutaya Store!

Known as the Shibuya Scramble Crossing Starbucks, this location of the iconic coffee chain is as much a tourist destination as a place to enjoy a beverage. If you are looking to snap photos or shoot video of Shibuya Crossing, the Shibuya Crossing Starbucks window is a great spot.

Insanely popular for its direct view over the Shibuya Scramble, the Tsutaya Starbucks is located on the first and second floors of the building.

The first floor is for folks looking to grab a takeaway drink, so if you plan to visit for the view over the Shibuya Crossing, make your way to the cafe on the second floor.

A Starbucks green ribbon path winds its way to the window where you can gaze your fill at the orderly mayhem in the intersection below.

While there are seats near the window, they aren’t immediately by the glass, to allow for folks to come up, see the view, and take photos.

Stand at the window and watch as the sea of humanity swells at each change of the traffic lights and then snakes across in the various directions. It is a mesmerizing sight!
